FISHING AT THE GORGE

On January 11th, my dad came over and took me to the Gorge with him. I grew up doing "outdoorsy" things with my dad so for me it is a real treat when I get that time with him! Usually Trav goes with my dad but last year he caught a mounter so I am determined to outdo his big one on our wall :) It was an amazingly beautiful day. The only bummer was that the coves my dad usually fishes were iced over so we didn't get to fish the hot spots! We didn't catch anything but I sure enjoyed spending time with him. The last picture is kindof funny: my dad has a propane heater in his boat and that is how we warmed up our hamburgers for lunch!!! They tasted great.
