Hershey Track

Emmie competed in the local Hershey track meet here in Green River and qualified to go to the state meet in the 100, 200 and standing long jump.  Since the state meet was in Rock Springs it worked out great to go.  Emmie had to run and place in the top 10 in the preliminary races to compete in the finals.  She qualified in the prelims and ended up taking 4th in the 100 and the 200 finals.  It was a pretty hot day and she was very tired but her hard work paid off.  Way to keep going sis, good work!
