SWEET 16

Can hardly believe our sweet Kayla is 16 yrs old.  Where in the world did the time go???  She is growing up to be a very hard-working and sweet girl.  She is working at Ademiahs as a waitress and has saved for half of the Grand Am car that she got.  She is definitely a teenager but I have come to appreciate agency and the power of the Holy Ghost in each of our lives.  It's hard to have them get older so quickly but it's also very special to develop and strengthen our relationship!  Gma Debbie, Michael, Thomas, Sophie, Gma Julee, Gpa Dale, Gma Janie, Gpa Darrell, Kim, Aiden, Maleea and Sarah Herd came to help us celebrate.  Gma Debbie had an amazing little story/puzzle she had to do to get her gifts.  She had to sing us the "Tiny Tim" song (as gma played the accordion) that she was always singing as a little girl.

I had a little turtle, his name was Tiny Tim

I put him in the bathtub to see if he could swim.

He drank up all the water,

He ate up all the soap.

And then Tiny Tim got bubbles in his throat.

We love you so very much Makayla.  You are beautiful, inside and out.  Never forget the the amazing daughter of God that you are!!!!  Couldn't love you more.
